By accessing or using our Service, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

The Daily Alibi is a web-based interactive detective game that provides daily murder mystery scenarios. Our Service features:

• Daily Mysteries: New murder mystery cases available each day
• AI-Generated Content: Mysteries and interactive gameplay powered by artificial intelligence
• Session-Based Gameplay: Individual game sessions with turn limits and progress tracking
• Character Interactions: Conversations with suspects and investigation mechanics
• Archives: Access to previously solved mysteries (for eligible users)

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

To maintain fair and enjoyable gameplay for all users, you agree to:

• Play Honestly: Solve mysteries using only the clues and information provided within the game
• Respect Turn Limits: Each mystery session has a maximum of 20 turns
• No External Assistance: Do not use external tools, AI assistants, or collaborate with others to solve mysteries
• No Exploitation: Do not attempt to access solution data, manipulate game mechanics, or exploit technical vulnerabilities
• One Solution Per Day: Each daily mystery is intended to be solved once per user

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or extract proprietary algorithms
• Create automated tools or bots to interact with the Service
• Share account credentials or allow others to use your account
• Post or transmit inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

7. Intellectual Property Rights

12. Indemnification
